LINDA WILLAMS

FARMER, OWNER

Linda has been a registered nurse in Women's Health for over 30 plus years. She has had a great love and passion for farm animals and horticulture since she was a child. Of course, it all started with horses. Linda is now living her true passion- developing an educational farm where she can collect all sorts of farm animals, put them to productive use, and share information on how to care for them and utilize their products to promote a natural and healthy lifestyle for visitors and clients of the farm. Linda is in the Texas Master Beekeeper Program and is working on the third level of Master Beekeeper. She is currently enrolled in a Dairy Goat Certification Program.

MATTHEW WILLIAMS

FARM HAND

Linda's son who came on board to provide the "brute strength" his mother needed. Then Matt realized he also enjoyed working with the animals; his favorites being the cats and the potbellied pigs. He's not to keen on working the beehives but he does help out with making the bee equipment. A great support in setting up and breaking down our equipment for training classes which allows me more time to spend with YOU and YOUR FAMILY!  Matt is a long time employee of our local HEB grocery chain also.

VIRGINIA ZEPNICK

BEE PARTNER, "BUNNY'S HONEY"

GOAT FARMER/MILK TESTER

A great friend of Linda and Matt, CG is a retired Chief in the Navy. He has a love for bees and has his own apiary- Bunny's Honey. Linda and CG work together to help each other out and they also offer the beekeeping classes offered by TFH Farm.  He is the master wiz at building the frames, boxes, and collects all beekeeping gadgets you can imagine!

What can we say! WOW! Super friend who shares our passion for dairy goats and farm animals. Certified DHIR milk tester who supervises our monthly milk testing. And because of Ginny, I get to take a vacation as she is an absolute jewel and will babysit my farm so I can take a break! Ginny has her own homestead farm where she and her husband enjoy a sustainable lifestyle.
